After the tragic loss of a patient, Doctor Theo Daniels attempts to help 3 patients at a mental institute who all suffer from various delusions of grandeur and have each created their own version of reality that he tries to snap them out of. However, they may not necessarily want his help and instead he may be the one in need of help himself.
